WO closing with Part Requests open

Is there a way to prevent a Work order line from being closed if there are open part requests?

Also on the subject, is there a way to clear all old part requests from our part request page if we have already closed the work orders out and left these open and now 1. cannot process these since the work order is closed or 2. Reopen the work order because the parts are gone?

Can you walk us through the process you’re normally using to generate the part requests?

Typically the request gets closed and removed from the list when the assiciated workorder gets closed, it’s strange to see so many in your parts request list that should be closed but are still listed.
