Hello:
I have an issue with an AP credit disappearing from my AP subledger on March 17. I can’t seem to find a record of a payment application and there is no general ledger entry to reflect this.
The Vendor is McMaster-Carr, the Vendor Invoice is labeled “Credit 56235921” and the amount is $33.40 USD. If you run the A/P by Vendor report on March 16 it is there, However on March 17 it is not.
