The past couple of days I have tried to run AP Summary report, but when I hit Submit, (select today’s date, and Invoice Date Type, with no vendor selected), it runs for a while and then returns a white screen and no data. I can see it stopped running. Any idea what may cause this or how to correct?
I can run a voucher listing fine. Any ideas?
Hi @steve, that is strange. We tested in your environment, and we were able to get the summary to load without issues (took about 5 minutes to load after submit).
Wondering if this could be user/browser related. Are you able to have someone else try to run that report and see if it loads for them? If so, maybe try logging in to a different computer, or clearing your chrome cahce/cookies, and see if you’re able to load it after that.
