Automatic notifications

Hello,

  1. Is there any update on automatically notifying a specific user when a PO is received?

  2. Is there a way for an ADMIN to monitor when a user is connected to CETEC and when they are not?

Kind regards,
Michalis

Good Morning,

Ive got some updates here regarding your questions that you’ve sent in. Below is the feedback I’ve provided here:

  1. Yes, but it’s slightly different here. You can receive a ‘receipt email’ that’s sent to a specific user… but it’s related to receiving the prcpart in.
  • This will generate an email to the user defined on the Parts Notifications page every time that prcpart is received into either ‘All’ locations or the location that you specify.

  1. Do your users by chance use the clock in/clock out feature within Cetec ERP? If so you can run reporting under Production >> Mgmt >> User Time Stats (or User Time Clock) to monitor when a user has clocked in and clocked out of Cetec ERP.

As far as an admin monitoring when a user has connected to Cetec ERP… I’d have to escalate this internally to see what options we might have here for this.

Thanks,
Cetec ERP Support

Thank you @cetecerp21 for your answers.

  1. I understand the procedure, but it would be more convenient for us to receive notifications when a PO arrives. Please consider adding this feature in the next update.
  2. Thank you for the information regarding the clock-in/clock-out feature.
Please keep me updated when you find more details about the general monitoring capabilities for admins to track when a user has logged into Cetec ERP, as this is crucial for our safety protocols.

Kind regards,
Michalis

I agree this would make it user-friendly.
Setting notification for each part can be a lot of work when you have a PO with more than 30 lines

Good Afternoon,

We do have login monitoring via your Cetec ERP environment. You just need to navigate to the User Login History page.

Head to the Production module >> Mgmt >> Login History (that’s the hyperlink to the report you need).

Once there you can filter for a specific user in question, or you can view all users by simply hitting submit. That should get you what you’re looking for!

Thanks,

@cetecerp21 Thanks! That’s very helpful!
