Hello Cetec Support Team,
We are using the Cetec ERP API to pull BOM part cost data into our system, but we are getting blank/empty responses for cost fields even though the values are clearly visible inside Cetec.
Here is what we are seeing:

When we call the API for parts like HSLB-6/4-30T1 and HSLB-6/4-30, the fields ‘cached_cost_details’ and ‘unit_cost’ come back empty.

Inside Cetec’s BOM rollup screen for HSLHSLB-6/4-30, we can see the actual values:
- Labor: $86.39
- Overhead: $40.24
- Material: $681.01
- Total Rollup: $807.64

Because the API returns blank, our Excel report is showing 0 for Material Cost, Labor Cost, and Overhead Cost for these parts.
Affected part numbers (examples):
HSLB-6/4-30T1, HSLB-6/4-30, HSLB-6/4-25, HSLB-6/4-20, HSLB-6/4-15B2T2
What we need your help with:

Please tell us the correct API endpoint to retrieve the itemized cost breakdown (labor, material, overhead) for a BOM part.

Does the ‘cached_cost_details’ field need any setting to be turned on in Cetec before it will return data via the API?

Could you share a sample API request and the expected response showing labor, material, and overhead costs for a part?
We believe the data is there in the system — we just need the right API to access it. Please let us know what we should use.
