BOM Export error

We can export small BOMs (e.g. RAW10760).

We get SERVER 500 errors when exporting large BOMS (e.g. FIG-20002-UK).

This is a recent issue. This was an issue as of 9/11/2024 but was working fine prior to that date.

Are you experiencing this BOM Export error in both the Old Version and New Version?

Both Old and New versions give the Server 500 error @cetecerp19

Engineering has made a temporary fix for this issue that is now in your server.

A permanent fix will be deployed to your environment at the end of this week.
