we cannot cancel this receipt. The receipt has had no shipments out of it. We just received it in. Why cant we cancel this?

If you hover your mouse over the grayed-out “cancel receipt” link, you should see a black popup on hover message:
Because that receipt is currently attached to this AP invoice voucher - Cetec ERP - it can’t be cancelled.
I believe the same issue applies with the other receipt you sent.
