CAR PDF > NCR Status Field not displaying correctly

If you generate a PDF copy of a CAR, the NCR status at the bottom of the form does not display correctly. See #42 in our system… on the screen the NCR status shows Closed. When you generate the PDF the Status shows “status”.

Thanks for reaching out about this! We’ll have to have our engineering team take a look and see if we can correct the CAR PDF to pull in the NCR/s status correctly.

We’ll update you here once they’ve gotten it resolved.
