Cross reference parts list

After I pull up the cross Parts list and type in the Cross part details and hit submit, the screen goes blank. What can i do to rectify this

Thank you for reaching out and sending this in–we are sorry that this is happening and will look to resolve it as soon as possible.

Can you try a hard refresh (Ctrl (Command on Mac) + Shift + R) and see if that resolves the issue? I impersonated your user profile but was unable to reproduce the issue.

This did not work :frowning: only provided me with the blank screen

I’m sorry that did not solve the issue! What exactly are you inputting in the header before submit? Would you be able to send me a screenshot of the header prior to doing so? This will help me identify a potential issue here.
