"Documents" page is missing navigation ability past the first 10 documents.

I’m noticing that the “documents” page is consistently missing navigation to the next “page” of 10 documents. it only shows the first 10 documents but no way to navigate past that or use the “Filter by Name” Feature.

examples:

(…/order/AE1265.1/documents)
(…/otd/ncr/203/documents)

Great! Verified. 3.8.3 did not have the navigation tools where the 3.8.4 version does…
