Following up to see if anyone could advise on this? Any advice or assistance would be appreciated
Thank you!
I just received this from our IT group, on something specific they said might help them looking into this and wanted to pass along:
Email sender domain authentication settings. How to set up our new domain (from February) in Cetec so that Cetec originated emails can pass domain authentication checks (DMARC and DKIM and SPF).
Hello!
Just checking back to see if you had any thoughts? Also, I just received an auto invoice email from ourselves (which I had asked to be copied on), and it says from “our usual email address via sendgrid.net”.
“We cant verify this email came from the sender so it might not be safe to respond to it”
Thank you!
Your IT Team has a few options - they can configure Cetec ERP to route email through your own outgoing mailserver, or they possibly they have not setup an SPF record? There’s a note on the SPF record at the top of the Email Settings Page in Cetec ERP (Admin >> Config Settings >> Email Settings) - either way they probably want to review the settings on that page!
