locally hosted OS update support

We are due for an update to our OS on our locally hosted Cetec instance. In the event there is an issue restoring Cetec, what is the best way to contact Cetec for help restoring/bringing Cetec back up after the OS update in a more efficient manner than this forum for a one-time support effort?
