We have a BOM for FIG20014 that was working fine for weeks. It’s in work order 1015.1 and running fine in MRP.
When we try to open the permanent BOM in FIG20014, we get a server 500 error.
When we open BOMs for other parts, they open fine.
We’re locally hosted and on version 3.11.3.
Which screen are you referring to when you say you’re trying to open the permanent BOM? We tested some of the normal screens like BOM overview and edit revision, and they loaded with no error for us. Is there a different screen you’re looking at that is giving the error?
