Correction 4/8/21 & 4/9/21 invoices—
Since the system went down, our Invoice notifications that are emailed to our customers and ourselves will not open. Error message states:
Adobe Reader could not open ‘Invoice – 9989.1-1.pdf’ because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn’t correctly decoded).

This happened to invoices dated 4/8/21 and 4/9/21 thru the Automatic Invoice Notifications. I am having to search, save in pdf and resend to Customers.
You’ve got it pretty well narrowed down. The issue should only affect those invoices that went out overnight between 4/8-9. It was an isolated incident, so you should be able to manually send those invoices out from the system by clicking email pdf instead of download, as that should generate a new copy of the PDF without the same issue.
