Would it be possible to get Inside/Outside Sales Person added as a filter for on-time shipment report so that our sales people can quickly get an overview of how their departments are performing?

@msummers We can check with our development team to see about adding that. Most likely, if it does happen, it would just get included in a future release. But we’ll let you know if we hear back otherwise.
