Order Credit hold issue

Hi,
Recently I am seeing more and more orders automatically set on hold but there is no overdue payment from customer.
What is the reason.

Hi @hadim,

There are a number of things that might be causing those orders to be on hold. If you have an example of one of them that you’re unsure about, we’d be happy to take a look and see if we can determine what the reason is.
