Order List from Part Inventory Record not displaying

If you access orders from a part record Part>Sales>Orders it doesn’t show the orders and says “Open Orders (Backlog)… No backlog to display”

The menu shows for example ORDERS (2) and the Production Order list shows the open orders.
We confirmed it is happening for multiple part records and multiple Production Lines (work centers). Various users are having the same experience (that use this view on a regular basis).

This is fixed in our environment. I believe it’s the same issue @ElectricalAccess was having.
