Order# 16635.1 Line 1,2 and 2 are still showing picked but this order has been invoiced on 16635.1 #1.
The picked parts should have come out of inventory when invoiced.
This is a strange issue that we have never been able to figure out why it happened but it did take the parts out of inventory it’s just showing still picked. We have a blog post for this exact scenario: Cloud Business Cases: Unpicking Parts on Closed Work Orders If you follow those steps you will be able too get those parts dekitted.
