I have tried to add a PQuote line and I can’t add a new line

Apologies for the delayed response here.. I’m working on pulling a backup of your instance to work through testing processes to try and reproduce the issue you’re running into.
In the meantime (while we work on this) does the Add Line feature work when using the old version of the PQuote object? Here’s an example of the old version from the PQuote I saw in your recording - Cetec ERP
If you’re still running into issues using the new version of the PQuote object’s add line feature please respond here and let me know! I’ve done some testing on the old version and that’s indeed working on our end as far as I can tell.

Following up here on some testing I’ve done to the Pquote object in a backup that was pulled. I was able to successfully use the Add Line feature for both the old and new versions of the PQuote in the backup.
Do you by chance have a test PQuote in your production instance that I could use to add a prcpart to the PQuote? I’d specifically use the Add Line feature, and if required, use a specific prcpart that you’re wanting to add. I could also just add a prcpart to one of the PQuotes in your instance, and then remove it from the object if that would suffice.
I’d need approval before making any additions/changes to any object in your production instance so if you’d ask management for approval for this request that’ll give me the green light to test on my end.

I’ve gone through and used this PQuote here for testing - Cetec ERP
I took the same prcpart that was on the first pquote line, hit the ‘Add Line’ button to populate that feature, and was able to add the line successfully without any issue:
I’ve gone ahead and removed the second PQuote line that was added to the PQuote. Are you still having issues like the one in the video that you provided in the ticket thread?

I saw in the video where clicking the OK button wasn’t pushing a process into the system to add the line to the PQuote. Although I’ve done quite a bit of testing here, and am currently unable to reproduce the issue in both production (with your approval to add & remove the line) & testing environments.
Is it safe to say this thread is good to close?
