i’m interested to see if its possible to capture Closing/Re-opening Events in the “History” Screen for Projects? (…/project/4/history). it captures workflow routing, but it’d be nice if it could also capture who and when project was closed and/or re-opened.

Per our engineering team, it sounds like the Cetec system isn’t currently set up to track when someone clicks the Close button or the Re-Open button on a project, which is why they aren’t showing up on the Followups/History screen.
I’m sorry I don’t have a better answer for you! Let me know if there is any other way we can help on this issue.
