Set up standard Instruction by PRC vs. individual part record

Would be nice to be able to enter standard Incoming Inspection Instructions and Shipping/Packing Instructions at the PRC level versus having to go through each individual part record.

Thanks again for the suggestion! After some discussion, our development team decided that we are going to push to include this feature in the next release of Cetec, 3.11 coming later this summer.
