We are facing an issue. One of our items (part) in Cetec is not working correctly. Whenever we pick that item in any order in Cetec the system automatically doubles the quantity picked of the item.
It seems the issue is that you have two bins with the same name. That shouldn’t be possible and I’m not sure how that happened but the way to fix that would be to move one of the bins Cetec ERP into a new bin called KANNY OFFICE-2 since you already have KANNY OFFICE-1. Then it won’t duplicate pick. Please let us know if this kind of thing happens again.
