Start work

Is there a way we can disable the submit button & cancel on the start work screen?
We don’t want people to start the timer and we are having that issue right now.

Unfortunately there isn’t a way to disable those buttons. Those are needed for a lot of customers so we don’t have a way to turn it off. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately there isn’t a work around for this. We don’t have a feature to disable that at all or remove the buttons. I apologize for the inconvenience.

is there an easier way to delete the time that someone has run on the clock other than putting the start time in the stop time box?

If you are on the main work order screen and go to the history tab you can delete time from that page. There will be a list of time logged and a delete button next to the time.
