Thanks for reaching out about this. Could you give me a bit of insight on how these orders were created? I noticed that the tax was different at the quote level than the order level so it was changed at some point. I tried testing this by changing the tax and seeing if that was the reason it wasn’t working but that didn’t seem to be it because I wasn’t able to replicate that.

Any other info you can give me would be great!

Someone looked into this and nothing seemed out of the norm. Sorry I do not have any other insight.

Please advise on the best way to resolve. The invoices need to be sent out.

I am coordinating with engineering on getting this tax issue on these invoices resolved. I haven’t been able to get the tax to appear. I will get back to you ASAP with an update.

Engineering was able to fix the tax issue so this won’t happen in the future. They also fixed your current order. Please let us know if you run into anymore issues.
