I am unable to ship an order that has 3 lines, all of which are serial controlled.
Line 1 for 3 off, Line 2 for 7 off and Line 3 for 5 off. All the same part.
I wish to ship line 1 only (Order is set to partial) - I have issued the 3 parts to the line, yet I get a error message saying “Part requires an issued serial number, please return to the work order and issue remaining serials.”
