500- Internal Server Error when accessing Sales History

When we are trying to access the sales history for JSTPHR-4 and JSTPHR-6 we get “500 - Internal Server Error. Something unexpected happened and we can’t complete your request.”

When looking at these Sales History reports this morning it seems the reports are working. We believe there may have been a temporary load issue that was resolved during the nightly refresh.
