500 - Internal Server Error

All users today have suddenly received the 500 -Internal Server Error.
We are unable to do anything in Cetec
Please advise how this can be fixed.

Sorry to hear your users are having trouble! Is it with every page in Cetec, or are there specific pages where they’re seeing that error? We were able to log in from our side without issue, but didn’t know if there were other pages that we needed to check on besides making sure that we were able to get logged in.

HI Thanks for looking into this - it was all users, however after a few hours it seemed to resolve itself.
All seems to be okay this morning.
