500 INTERNAL SERVER ERROR

I have been tryinng to invoice a shipment. I keep getting #500 message of INTERNAL SERVER ERROR. I have tried to go in several ways - by part number - hit info button, pull up order -go in to order - then it gives me the message. Even when I go in direct to sales order to invoice, I am getting the same message.

yes its 35129.1 and now on all other sales orders
