502 Bad Gateway

We cannot access CETEC due to a 502 Bad Gateway error as of 1/21/2022 at around 2:20pm. Please investigate.


This issue is also effecting our Cetec System as well

We did have an outage that affected some of our customers between 2:10pm and 2:29pm CT today. Service was restored at 2:29pm.
The outage appeared to have been caused by a very large batch print of PDFs. We’re working to prevent the issue from re-occurring in the future.
