- Receipt 2561-060525 received 5 pieces at $12.852 each (Inventory Value $64.26).
- On 2025-06-11, a manual adjustment was entered with the comment “Something went wrong on completing work order.”, adding 5 pieces at $0 cost.
- The inventory was subsequently moved through several bins and partially shipped.
- We corrected the current bin cost with a Price Adjustment, but Accounting → Audit → Inventory Breakdown still reports Activity vs. Bin = $64.42.
