Add parts to a license plate

We keep getting an “ERROR 500” when adding parts to a license plate.

Please check under Part Request 1 - Request Open. P/N PRTPH603609 adding 12 to Work Order 10841.1-1

What action are you taking on the part request that is causing the 500 error? Cetec ERP I’m not sure what you mean when you say adding parts to a license plate.

We are looking to add more parts to a work order due to a scrap issue. We added the quantity needed the Parts tab - “req. more”.

When we click “submit” we get an error code.

It looks like you were able to invoice that order successfully. Are you still running into any issues?

We just made an adjustment in inventory count so that we could ship the order.

It is still an issue. Anything you can find out or recommendations would be helpful.

Is this happening every time you try and request parts from a work order? Do have have another example that is live right now?

That was the first time we tried this feature and would like to use it going forward.

I do not have a current example but couldn’t you try it on any order and reverse it when done just to test?

I didn’t realize you’ve never used part requests before. In order to set them up correctly you need to set an Inv Change Type Id on the part request reason table: Cetec ERP That would be an ID from your Inv Shortage Reason table: Cetec ERP

Once you fill that column in you will be able to create part requests.
