This was a question asked by a user at ERPalooza that I wanted to capture in the forums. I believe it was brought up in the Config settings presentation. Would it be possible to add variable information into Default Config email responses?

going through old Threads…I believe an example to the “Order Email - Default Body”, would be to add specific info related to the Order within this email for clarity. For example screenshot below, I’d be nice to use a variable to pull in a default customer’s name at the top of the email.
