When I try to add an address to the customer it won’t populate the screen. Also I can’t convert a Pquote to a PO. It keeps giving me a cost center error even after a cost center is entered.

I went to check and a support rep sent a response to mweissman@precisiongraphics.us at 8:10 AM CST. Did you receive it? Is that a good email? Is it possible it’s in your spam folder?

Could you let me know what email I should be looking for. I didn’t get anything in my junk or inbox and I want to make sure its not getting caught in our email filters. In the meantime could I provide another email to talk to them?

I have updated your customer record. Please feel free to try again. If you don’t receive an email back within 30 minutes let me know. Yesterday the support rep responded within 5 minutes of receiving the ticket - we fight hard to get to Standard tickets within 20 minutes or less.
