We would like to notify a employee (user) when a manufactured order is ready for outside processing. We would like them to receive an email or some visual alert in cetec. Is this possible?
If you have locations set up on the work order, then you can set up a notification under OrdlineStatus in Data Maintenance. For us, we notify sales when an item moves to shipping. We go to the shipping staging location, click on Send Notification and enter the email address under Notify Email. We do more than one with a comma. If you have an Outside Processing or Staging location, you can set it up there. I hope that helps!
