AP Aging Summary

AP Aging Summary is very wrong. I haven’t checked all entries but it should definitely not say that we are owed money. At a glance it appears there are many inaccurate greater than 90 day entries.

It looks like there are some Closed Debit Memos with open value. We’ll clean several of those up for you. (We may be able to get them all; more info to com there
You can see the effects of these on a per-vendor basis by running AP By Vendor with the ‘expand details’ checkbox checked.
You can also see them by looking at the debit memo list with the filter status ‘Closed’ and see the ones that have open value.

^ Of course, that wasn’t the whole story; as these things go. There were also some vouchers (the first 300) that didn’t get properly cached back in the day after being paid. These are also resolved now.
