Is there an API available to get a list of serials associated to an order line?

@Kris @karthik I don’t believe there is currently an API to get serials associated to an ordline. That might be something you can handle with a Non-PDF Custom Document formatted as a CSV.

You can go to Admin > Config Settings > Custom Document List and at the top you can create a new custom document for Order Line (non-pdf) and label it something meaningful. There are a couple Order Line serial pdfs you can look at to give you an idea of how a serial record looks and what information is available, as well as the syntax for generating the documents. Also the order traceability doc has serials on it.

The document should have a standard URL that you’ll be able to build into an automated process with the order line ID.. you can view that from the ordline documents page.
