Hello:
We are having trouble with AR Payment 3327. The payment value is $4,034.21. There are two invoices and a credit. It does not reflect the credit (even though it is selected) in the applied value.
We get the following error when we try to “Payment Complete” “Payment not updated. Can not apply an amount greater than the amount available”
Please review.
