is there a way to close a batch of open orders in CETEC? Specifically, we have some very old orders from 2019,2020 that had been entered into the system and never closed and we are looking for a quick and easy way to close the orders versus having to go into each and every order and close it.
Unfortunately no, there is currently no way to batch close/delete those orders.
If the number of these orders is enormous, you could contact sales@cetecerp.com for an estimate to programmatically remove those with an SQL script or query.
Alternatively, you could use CTRL+click to open orders (and their close/delete tabs) to make quick work of it, if it’s a manageable number.
Is there a way to close a group of production orders as a batch?
No, there is not.
Coincidentally, there probably will be a feature that does this in Cetec ERP within the next few version/releases, as we are building out some “batching” transactional capabilities (e.g. for process manufacturers). But until then there is not a way to do this.

Yes, just click Overview on the left side nav of a production order, then click “close/line” on the left side menu, then delete.
The trick is to open up all orders using CTRL click (click down the page on an order report).
You could start with the Sales >> Order List sorted in ascending order by date.
