BOM Export--500 Internal Server Error

We created two new BOMs today, SUB11247 and SUB11249. They both display correctly and I can edit successfully but when I attempt to export the BOM the system generates a 500–internal server error.

Other BOMS not created today are able to be exported correctly.

This is in revision 3.9.1 in a locally hosted instance.
