We’re facing issues while printing the work orders. Material list is coming out as blank even though we have material added in the part. Please fix this asap.

Looks like the issue here has something to do with your work list custom doc (default work list doesn’t include a materials list). We can certainly have our engineering team take a look for you, but any support related to custom docs is billable, so to continue with that you’ll need to contact sales@cetecerp.com with a description of the issue so that we can get that take care of.
In the meantime, you may conside using the license plate (“Plate” on the documents list) as it shows both materials and labor plan. …/otd/order/14707/license_plate
This is unrelated. The reason you’re seeing some changes to the layout is a result of the most recent chrome update. Our engineering team is aware of the issues there, and we’re working on a fix to correct them.
We have paid for this custom doc when we migrated to Cetec initially so, there is definitely something changed at Cetec’s end which needs to be looked by Cetec only and I believe this shouldn’t be billable as long as we don’t change or request to change anything in that custom doc.
This should be working for you now, let us know if you have any other issues with it.
