Cetec keeps deleting the final freight resale field if any changes are made to the quote. I am waiting for the system to acknowledge the data by waiting for the system to highlight the box in green. Is there any way this can be fixed?

To clarify, when you said, “Cetec keeps deleting the final freight resale field if any changes are made to the quote,” did you mean Cetec keeps deleting the final freight resale from the quote pdf? I ask because the link you sent over was for the quote pdf.
I tested this: I opened that quote, edited the quote (I changed the lead time), and then looked at the pdf, but I didn’t see a change to the final freight resale amount or the total amount. I tested again by changing the qty, then going to the pdf again. Once again, the final freight resale amount looked the same/correct.
Are you still seeing this issue on your end?

Yes, it seems to delete the final freight resale data from quotes if any changes are made. This includes converting quotes to orders. It just happened on this order. I had to go back to the original quote .pdf saved in the documents to find what I quoted.

I just did some more testing on this. It seems that the final freight resale value is being deleted when I make any edits to the quote header specifically. I’m going to escalate this issue to our product management team so they can address it.

An update for you. I heard back from our product management team, and they’ve created a fix for this issue where the final freight resale on a quote is being deleted whenever edits are made to the quote header.
They said you should see that fix on your side of things sometime this week. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes in the meantime and appreciate your patience. In the meantime, to avoid having to re-enter the final freight resale, I’d suggest making any edits to the quote header (defined below) before entering other information, including the final freight resale, on the quote.
