I’m currently working on a build-to-stock order and need to finish the “picking parts” task. However, there seems to be an issue with the appearance of that window/screen in Cetec and I cannot pick parts.

Could you please provide a solution as soon as possible? I need to complete the order.

Thank you for the url. I took a quick look at the pick parts page you sent. The parts that you are unable to pick is due to having locked bins. If the bins are unlocked you’ll be able to then pick from them.
