We have associates in our organization who are able to issue PO’s under their names, but their names do not appear in the “buyers” list in the PO list menu. This makes creating open PO reports for individual buyers difficult. Is there a solution to this problem?

Thank you for reaching out to us about this. Can you provide an example PO where the person that issues the order is not being set as the ‘Buyer’. This can help us narrow down what may be the issue here.
