We are looking to find a method in Cetec to be able to send information from the PQuote / PO to the receiving pars tab. Is there a way that a PO Comment can be transferred to the receiving inspection screen, or is there a better way information can be communicated?

Yes, there is a way to see PO comments on the receiving screen. If you enter a comment in the pquote/PO header or on the pquote/PO line, those comments will carry over and show up in the middle of the receiving screen:
