Cannot make edits in p.o.'s and orders. Keeps reverting back to the previous numbers.

I want to change the start date to 12/02/2024.

After playing around, we found that we can click the (+) next to start date. There we were able to make the change.

Could this be part of the 4.15 update? is there a default we can shut off?
