We are having an issue with not being able to close parts request that were made yesterday and are now we can’t get them of the parts request screen. If we can get all the request that were made over a day ago that would be much appreciated.
Could you send over a hyperlink to one of the part requests in the system that you’re having issues closing?
Typically speaking all you need to do here is go into the part request and change the status to ‘Close’ then hit update (making sure none of the bin inventory has been allocated to the pick request first):
If that doesn’t allow you to close the part request out, or you run into any error that populates, please let me know and I’ll run through additional review of this issue.
Here is the links to the last two request. We have been able to close request since this happened and have not had anymore issues. Only these request are showing a different screen than the one you are showing.
That should get those two part requests closed out and removed from the part request for you. I’ve been trying to figure out what’s causing those two specific part requests to be forced to the new version, and I’ve been unable to diagnose the root cause there.
Give the workflow tool a try and let me know if that doesn’t work.
