I think the buffer times are getting added to the capacity utilization feature. I was wondering why locations could be over scheduled. i suppose this is working as intended?
Apologies for the delay on an answer here. Buffer time is getting added to capacity because it’s still in that same location for that long. That is how the locations become “overscheduled” because they are accounting for buffer time and you can still perform work at those locations during that time.
