Changing customer to intercompany.

There are no open invoices on this customer but it wont let us change the customer to intercompany.

I just uninvoiced the open workorders for someone to put time in but for some reason when i invoiced it it won’t let me change it to intercompany.

You can’t change a customer to intercompany if there are open invoices.

The customer has to have no open invoices because if you change the customer to intercompany you won’t be able to collect the AR from that customer.

I temporarily invoiced the open orders.
And I still had that issue with editing the customer.
I went back and unvoice them since someone was working on the order.

It actually open invoices that’s the issue. You can’t have any open invoices because it messes with AR and collecting the money for those invoices because you don’t charge intercompany invoices because they are for you internally. You currently have a large list of open invoices for that customer. Until those invoices are paid or uninvoiced you won’t be able to change the customer to intercompany Cetec ERP
