Changing labor time on a work order

We recently had an employee that forgot to stop work on a work order and we need to adjust the stop time. I have tried to change the time on the View Work screen via the time and date dropdowns but it does not work. Is there a different screen or process that I need to use? Thanks.

Thanks for reaching out. That is the screen where you can change the time. Are you getting any sort of error when trying to change that? Are you hitting set? What process are you taking?

I do not get an error and I don’t see a set button.

I had thought you were looking at a different screen. Yes there is actually a different screen to look at to change the time logged. Can you send over a link to what work order you are trying to change the time for?

You get to this screen by clicking on the total time on the work order.

Is there a setting that is not allowing this?

@Dellis

It looks like you don’t have the set column showing. If you show Overhead only? column it will show the set button and you can change the time.
