Closed Debit Memos Showing on A/P Aging Summary

For some reason, closed Debit Memo balances are showing on our A/P Aging Summary - please see >90 balances in this instance.

Are you still seeing this issue on your end? I know this was an issue before but I believe engineering fixed it.

Hi there, yes I am.

Our Debit Memo List only shows Debit Memo 97 open at a value of $1,136.65.

Our A/P Aging Summary shows a negative balance in Totals, 61 - 90 & Totals, > 90, see below:

Thank you for clarifying and sending examples! The new version of the A/P Aging Summary is correct here: Cetec ERP I would use that version as it has speed increase as well. I am escalating the old version issue to engineering. I will get back to you once that is resolved.

I heard back from engineering It appears that this was caused by Vouchers being paid without some of the cached columns being updated properly to match the sum of the voucher splits. This was an issue in vouchers from several years ago. It recently started displaying on the AP Summary because of some new requirements around usage of the ‘As Of’ date - in primarily, but not limited to multicurrency environments.

We were able to clean the data on the affected vouchers with no ledger impact. You’re good to go; and thank you for the report!
